grief and sorrow

So, just when I think the world can't be more consumed by trouble and sadness, another awful thing happens: an oldest orangutan dies in Burma. I don't think I will be able to sleep tonight for my grief is too strong. On a serious note, do I really give a fuck about an oldest Orangutan and why should this belong on the front page of Yahoo news?
